In the Dikilitaş neighborhood of Beşiktaş, this project is situated on a 1,070 m² plot and is designed with the needs of modern living in mind. The building consists of 31 independent units, technical areas, and an underground parking lot, with a total construction area of 4,830 m².

The land stands out with its steep elevation and magnificent view. These natural features play a decisive role in the design of the project. Shaped by modern architectural understanding, the structure aims to distinguish itself from the surrounding buildings through its fragmented massing. Each block reflects the play of sunlight and nature, presenting a unique identity while harmonizing with its environment.
