Located in the Göztepe neighborhood of Kadıköy, this impressive building has been meticulously designed as a block-type structure on a 720 m² plot. With a total of 16 apartments and 2 commercial units, it encompasses 18 independent sections, reaching a total construction area of 2450 m². Each independent section is crafted to meet the requirements of modern living, providing residents with a comfortable and functional living space.

In this project, the façade design blends harmoniously with the street silhouette. Architectural details have been carefully considered, with sun-shading panels placed every two floors to allow natural light to permeate the spaces while imparting an elegant height to the structure. These panels serve not only as an aesthetic element but also as a functional design feature that promotes energy efficiency.
