Kasr-ı Âlâ, constructed in Üsküdar Çengelköy, is a project designed on an area of 6,000 m². The design considers physical elements such as the steep topography, the existing vegetation, the west-facing view of the Bosphorus, and the distances between blocks, alongside historical texture, architectural language, sociological development in Çengelköy, the relationship with the coastline, and the elements of the still-living neighborhood culture as primary criteria.

The project consists of five blocks, with a total of 75 apartments, including 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and attic and garden duplexes, with apartment sizes ranging from 80 m² to 300 m², resulting in a total construction area of 16,000 m².

Designed as a contemporary reflection of traditional Turkish architecture (such as sloped roofs, wide eaves, and bay windows), the project harmonizes with the surrounding texture, presenting itself as a 'KASR' (palace) that is peaceful with its location, away from the image of a typical apartment building. The building facades strive to represent the historical background of the area through its architectural language.

Utilizing the steep terrain, the apartments are oriented toward the view, while aiming for a visual connection with the square that hosts all social amenities. The wide pedestrian paths have been broadened with landscaping, providing an approach that opens to the block entrances and vibrant public squares. The design allows open and closed social areas to be easily separated and integrated with sliding systems, creating highly communicative spaces. Additionally, the creation of private gardens between the blocks ensures the preservation of privacy.

The landscape design incorporates approximately 3,000 m² of green space. Besides the private gardens, the project maximizes living comfort by including panoramic terraces overlooking the square, tiered ornamental pools connected to indoor swimming pools, wooden-stone staircases that can also serve as seating areas, and a children's park. Kasr-ı Âlâ promises tranquility, with its upper structure selected from seasonal coverings.

Social amenities (ladies' indoor swimming pool, men's and ladies' indoor swimming pool, restaurant, kindergarten, meeting rooms, gym, Turkish bath, sauna, etc.) have been meticulously considered, leading to an 'âlâ' (excellent) way of life.
