Located on a main street in Beşiktaş’s Dikilitaş neighborhood, this project stands as a part of the city's vibrant rhythm. Spanning a 1,500 m² plot, the development consists of two blocks, with 53 residential units and 3 offices, making up a total of 56 independent sections. The structure, fully integrated into urban life, covers a projected construction area of 9,000 m².

The design of the project has been largely shaped by the steep slope of the land. The blocks, adapted to the sloped terrain, are planned to maximize natural light and the surrounding views. Each floor, with its windows facing the bustling street, lets residents experience the energy of Beşiktaş from the comfort of their homes.

With a striking aesthetic design, the facade takes on a different appearance at various times of the day. Sunshades transform the look of the building from the first light of morning to the golden hues of late afternoon. These sunbreakers, shifting with the angle of the sun, give the project a dynamic appearance, distinguishing it from the surrounding buildings and highlighting its prominent position on the main street.

The social spaces, located along the street, offer residents the opportunity to relax and interact. Green areas, small gardens, and thoughtfully placed seating spots create a calm environment for those living here. The underground parking provides both safety and practicality, addressing the city’s parking challenges with ease.

This project is not just a modern structure but also aims to contribute to the evolving identity of Beşiktaş, serving as a model for the surrounding buildings. Positioned prominently on Dikilitaş’s busy street, the building integrates the area's historical neighborhood culture while offering a fresh, contemporary architectural approach to the future.
