In the Feneryolu neighborhood of Kadıköy, the building is established on a combined land area of 1980 m², formed by merging four separate parcels, consisting of 68 apartments and social areas. The construction area of this building is 7170 m². To evoke the memory of the buildings before the transformation, the facade approach of the building mass features a fragmented and harmoniously separated design, which creates the character of the new building. Although it shares the same height and footprint with surrounding structures, its distinctiveness makes it stand out. The use of modern materials and contemporary design aims to provide a new perspective on high-rise apartment blocks. The new building was created by merging different architectural languages to reflect the locations and positions of the old buildings on its facade. This design prioritizes modern aesthetics while establishing a unique character. Particularly, this contemporary structure, with its dignified facade, stands out by harmoniously integrating with its surroundings.
