In the Dikilitaş neighborhood of Beşiktaş, a project is being developed on a 1,350 m² plot of land, surrounded by nature's high elevation and stunning views. This project consists of 46 independent units, social areas, and an underground parking facility, with a planned construction area of 9,500 m². It aims to transcend being merely a building; instead, it seeks to establish a unique dialogue with the surrounding structures through its architectural stance.

In this project, where the high elevation and breathtaking views shape the design, a contemporary architectural understanding stands out. The fragmented massing approach, combined with expansive terraces, allows the building to acquire a character distinct from its neighboring structures. These features not only make it a living space but also inspire other buildings in the region.

 

Carrying the traces of modernism in every detail, this structure offers not just an aesthetic presence but also provides its residents with a peaceful and enjoyable living environment.
