This unique building comprises 9 residential units and offices, alongside 2 parking levels, offering a total of 32 independent sections. The total construction area of the project is 5,400 m².

The building's adjacent positioning and flat façade prompted a search for distinction in the front elevation. Consequently, the strong influence of stone materials has been complemented by stone-clad sun-shading panels, resulting in a dynamic and lively façade design. Beyaz Saray Apartment is regarded as one of the significant stops in the journey of designing a building that transforms its surroundings and serves as an inspiration for future neighbors.
