In Ankara Polatlı, located along Eskişehir Road, the shopping center and office function mixed-use project is built on an area of 8000 m², representing an important example of our search for symbolic architecture. The Polatlı Shopping Center is designed based on the concept of an open shopping mall and a public square, aiming to contribute to the social fabric of the region.
The project maintains a strong relationship with the urban scale through the terraced design in the shopping center section, addressing the needs of both local residents and visitors. The extensive terraces of the shopping center not only provide relaxation areas but also create social gathering points that bring people together outdoors. In this regard, the project has the potential to be not just a commercial space but also a community center.
The office building, which rises gracefully toward the sky, reinforces the character of symbolic architecture, reflecting all the nuances of modern design. The architectural design, harmoniously blending technology, engineering, and structural disciplines, introduces a fresh perspective on high-rise architecture. The materials used and aesthetic details enhance the building's harmony with its surroundings, creating an attractive visual image.
This iconic structure is intended to contribute to the skyline and identity of Polatlı. Additionally, its design, which is aligned with the needs of the local community in parallel with the city's development, strengthens the project's sustainability approach. Ultimately, the Polatlı Shopping Center stands out not only as a shopping venue but also as a symbolic structure that embodies the dynamics of modern living, fosters social interactions, and offers aesthetic value.
