In the Küplüce neighborhood of Çengelköy, a new project has been designed on a 400 m² plot of land that overlooks the unique view of the Istanbul Bosphorus. The existing structure has been demolished to create a family apartment consisting of 4 three-bedroom units, with a total construction area of 1,350 m².

To ensure that the Bosphorus view feels like a painting within the home, the project incorporates expansive uninterrupted glass surfaces. Additionally, an automatic opening/closing balcony system has been included. The facade of the building, made of natural stone, is balanced with wood used in certain areas, bringing the tranquility of its location into the design.

The N.A-2 house maintains its assertive identity, standing out from other buildings in the region, with the view being an integral part of the home. Its design reflects the beauty and serenity of the Bosphorus, providing residents with the opportunity to fully experience this unique landscape.
