Located on Yeniyol Street in Beşiktaş Turkish Mahallesi, this building is designed as a contiguous block on a 160 m² plot of land. Comprising 10 residential units and 1 shop, it has a total of 11 independent sections and a construction area of 1,050 m².

In this project, the facade design is shaped by the silhouette of the street it occupies, showcasing a contemporary design approach. The façade, equipped with sun-shading panels, offers a dynamic appearance that changes daily, allowing the building to stand out from its surroundings and serve as an example of architectural diversity in the area.

This project aims to enrich social life by combining both residential and commercial spaces. With its modern architectural elements, the building seeks to enhance the comfort of users' living environments by harmonizing aesthetics and functionality.
