Located in Çengelköy Küplüce Neighborhood, this twin house consists of two apartments on a 1,650 m² plot, designed as a renovation of the existing building that overlooks the unique view of the Istanbul Bosphorus. The façade of the existing building has been altered to incorporate additional functions.

To ensure uninterrupted access to the Bosphorus view, large glass surfaces have been supported by sun-shading elements. The wide eaves of traditional Turkish architecture have been integrated into the project, aiming to provide a modern interpretation of Çengelköy houses. This design not only seeks to present an aesthetic appearance by blending traditional elements with a contemporary understanding but also aims to prioritize livability and comfort.
