The building, located on Nüzhetiye Street in Beşiktaş Turkish Mahallesi, is meticulously designed as a contiguous building block on a 580 m² plot of land. It consists of 9 residential units and offices, as well as 2 parking levels, totaling 32 independent units with a total construction area of 4,800 m².

Due to its contiguous design and flat façade, the building necessitated a quest for differentiation on the front elevation. Therefore, the strong effect of the stone material has been combined with wooden sun-shading panels to create a dynamic façade that can change throughout the day with light and shadow plays.

The wooden panels not only balance the sun's impact but also integrate with the vibrant atmosphere of Nüzhetiye Street, reflecting the spirit of the street. This unique design not only offers an aesthetic approach but also showcases the respect it has for its surroundings. During the day, these panels gently break the sunlight, and with the arrival of evening, they begin to tell a different story.

As passersby stop to examine the building, they will see not just a structure but a reflection of modern life. The hardness of the stone and the warmth of the wood come together to transform an ordinary building into one with a distinct identity. This design aims to touch the lives of everyone who visits the neighborhood while bringing its own narrative to life.

The building presents a different mood at every hour of the day, attracting attention not only for its harmony with surrounding structures but also for its unique presence. In summary, this structure can be defined as not just an apartment but also as a creation that redefines life, the environment, and humanity.
