Located at the corner where Nüzhetiye Street meets Dizi Street in Beşiktaş, this building was initially designed as a residence and later transformed into an elegant hotel. With a modest footprint of 120 m², the structure boasts a total construction area of 1,200 m², successfully carving out a unique identity among the surrounding architectural designs.

Dominated by a massing design approach, the building features aluminum sun-shading devices carefully placed to ensure privacy and control sunlight. This detail not only provides functionality but is also intended to serve as an example to other nearby structures.

Completed in 2013, the project stands out with its contemporary stance in its location, bringing a modern breath to the surrounding architectural fabric. This structure, by seamlessly integrating aesthetics and functionality, offers its guests a comfortable experience while also contributing to the dynamics of urban life.
