Located in the Tarabya neighborhood of Sarıyer, this family residence is built on a 540 m² plot and consists of a garden and a duplex apartment, totaling 750 m² of construction area. The T.O.C. house stands out as a unique project that combines the influences of traditional Turkish stone architecture with a modern architectural language.

This structure presents a modest presence that reflects the spirit of its location, both aesthetically and functionally. The materials used and the understanding of mass create a harmonious integrity with the surroundings, while the fusion of traditional and modern architectural elements defines the character of the residence.

The T.O.C. house serves not only as a space that strengthens the family's unity but also enhances the aesthetic of the Tarabya neighborhood by reinforcing its dialogue with the surrounding buildings. Through this project, traces of the past are blended with modern life, offering a new interpretation of living spaces.
