Located in Çengelköy Küplüce Mahallesi, this family apartment commands a unique view of the Istanbul Bosphorus, built on a 1,200 m² plot of land. Comprising four apartments, the building is designed to meet the needs of a family, featuring shared amenities in the basement – a gym, sauna, children's play areas, hobby rooms, and a cinema room. The existing structure has been completely demolished and rebuilt under the framework of urban transformation laws. The building block, with an occupancy area of 270 m², reaches a total construction area of 1,200 m².

With careful consideration of the owner's desires and insistence, the facades, inspired by traditional Ottoman architecture, merge with the expansive building footprint, maintaining its presence as an independent mansion in its location. This structure, rich in historical depth in every detail, embraces its users through the living experience it offers.

The project management services, also conducted by KARAD, have ensured that the decoration of this project carries the traces of traditional Ottoman mansions, bringing the elegance and warmth of the past into modern living spaces.
