In Çankaya, this building, established on a land area of 3,000 m², consists of 80 units of 4+1 apartments and social areas, totaling 18,000 m² of construction area. The project is considered a continuation of our fragmented mass approach in high-rise buildings.
In the design, the asymmetrical arrangement of balconies creates a dynamic facade texture, and the continuation of this design in the garden enhances the relationship between the building and the ground. Tuğcu Residence stands out by showcasing a different design language compared to other buildings in the region. Additionally, it is a fine example of sustainable architecture in high-rise buildings.
This structure aims to enrich living spaces by offering both aesthetics and functionality while creating a harmonious integrity with its surroundings, providing residents with a comfortable living experience. Every detail reflects a well-thought-out design philosophy, resulting in Tuğcu Residence as a building constructed to meet the needs of modern living.
Surpassing the standards often seen in contemporary architecture, this building is designed with an environmentally conscious approach, aiming to elevate the living standards of its residents and adding value to their lives.
