Located in Beşiktaş Fulya Neighborhood, this office project is built on a 280 m² plot with a slope that can be described as a terrace. The project consists of a total construction area of 2,600 m², featuring 11 offices, parking, and technical areas.

The steep terrain and the design of the neighboring building play a significant role in this structure. The use of wood and stone materials, supported by glass sun-shading panels, aims to create an efficient and sustainable building that stands out in its location. This design approach not only addresses the needs of modern work life but also seeks to present an aesthetic in harmony with its surroundings.
