Located in one of Istanbul's most desirable neighborhoods, Suadiye in Kadıköy, this new building is an urban renewal project built on a 1180 m² plot, featuring 28 apartments and social areas. With a total construction area of 5400 m², the project’s character is defined by the use of natural materials that complement the segmented composition of the building’s mass, which allows the apartment functions to be perceived from the exterior.

Although the building shares the same height and footprint as the surrounding structures, it is not harmonious with its surroundings and stands out with its unique details. The use of modern materials and contemporary design aims to bring a fresh perspective to high-rise apartment blocks. The project aspires not only to provide a comfortable living space but also to contribute to the aesthetic value of its location. Interior spaces are meticulously designed to offer residents a spacious and modern living experience, while the social areas are crafted to foster a sense of community. This building brings a new breath to the architectural identity of Kadıköy Suadiye, presenting a distinct presence with its unique expression that sets it apart from its surroundings.
