The building, located on Mehmetçik Street in the Fulya neighborhood of Şişli, has been designed as an attached-block structure on a 160 m² plot. The project comprises 10 residential units and 1 commercial unit, totaling 11 independent units, with an overall gross construction area of 1,200 m².

The architectural design was shaped by the streetscape and urban character of its surroundings. Reflecting a contemporary architectural approach, the building features a dynamic façade enhanced by movable sun-shading panels that allow its appearance to change throughout the day. By distinguishing itself from the existing built environment, the project aims to serve as a benchmark for contemporary architecture and inspire future developments in the neighborhood.
