Located in the Kozyatağı Neighborhood of Kadıköy, this project is built on a 1,180 m² plot and consists of a total of 44 three-bedroom apartments and social areas. The construction area of the building is 8,100 m².

In this project, our understanding of fragmented mass in high-rise buildings is cleverly utilized in both vertical and horizontal planes, supported by sun-shading panels. The primary aim of this design is to strengthen the relationship of the dense mass block with the surrounding smaller structures, thereby maintaining the scale relationship with its location.

This building, responding to the necessities of modern living, is designed to harmonize with the architectural fabric of Kozyatağı, aiming to make a significant contribution to the region's architectural identity.
