Developed by KARAD, the building is designed to offer privacy solutions influenced by its narrow street context.

The façade exhibits a contemporary design approach, with sun-shading panels that create a façade that changes daily. This characteristic allows the structure to differentiate itself from its surroundings while aiming to serve as an example for other buildings in the region. This design not only provides aesthetic value but also seeks to enhance the comfort of living spaces.
